Competition rules

You may enter this competition from anywhere in the world.

One entry only per person, unless you are a web-work-at-home EXTRA! ezine subscriber.

Ezine subscribers may submit three entries, but entries 2 & 3 must include the code word that is included with this month's ezine.

You can access the code word by signing up to the ezine.

Multiple entries without this code word will be deleted and not eligible for the prize.

The ezine containing the code word is dated May 1 2009.

If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before you enter this competition.

You must provide web-work-at-home.com with your first name, geographical location and e-mail address if you wish to enter this competition.

web-work-at-home.com will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission.

Deadline for receiving entries is 12:00 midday GMT Tuesday 30th June 2009.

The winner will be the first correct entry drawn at random. The draw will take place after midday on Wednesday 1st July 2009.

The random draw will involve the use of a random number generator. The number of entries will be counted and the generator asked to generate an integer between 1 and the number of entries.

Entries will be selected in this way until one is found that has all the correct answers and observes the rules fully.

Emails will be organised in the order they have been received (ie by date received) for the purposes of selecting a random entry.

There is one prize on offer in the competition.

The site Editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be contacted personally by email and will be asked to provide a postal address which the prize will be sent to.

The prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives.

web-work-at-home.com does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet or postal service.

Entrants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize(s). No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

web-work-at-home.com reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.

Prizes unclaimed after 28 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and web-work-at-home.com reserves the right to either offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition on web-work-at-home.com.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.

These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
