• Print it out (they're quite hefty, so make sure you've got enough paper and ink in your printer!)
• Read it carefully, mark the bits that are most applicable to you and try to come away with a list of 5-10 things which you can do straight away
• Skim the free e-books which have less relevance to your business, and read them on your PC without printing them out ... they might spark off some great ideas!
